Steve Carrell is a funny guy. And it looks like most of the critics think so too.
You know I wouldn’t have thought a comedy like this one would have been such a hit with critics. And judging from the fairly mediocre trailer, I wouldn’t expect much from it either. But it’s released here in Australia next Thursday October 6 and something tells me I’m gonna need a whole lotta laughin’ by then.

Ultimately charming and heart-warming Pixar effort is a sheer delight from start to finish. Homage's to 2001, E.T and all your favourite childhood Sci-Fi movies are plentiful and just to realise so much emotion from an animated robot that hardly talks throughout the entire movie is a feat in itself. The Blu-ray version will be stunning!
