I was pretty happy for a second screening. And the movie is just as chilling as it was the first time I had seen it. As for the latest Indy film... gawd that was horrible. I lost interest after the very first scene with the mass prairie dogs popping out from the ground. To sit through two hours of non-excitement was extremely excruciating. Like you said, there was way too much exposition- half of the movie was spent establishing that "time had elapsed" and drilling into our heads that we are now in the 1950s.
